Anonymous account
When you register for Gold Spade, we will not obtain and store any identifying information about your device, such as your IP address or your user agent. You do not need to provide any phone number, email or information related to your real identity to complete the creation of your Gold Spade account. The application will randomly generate a 64 bit Session ID for you. This ID is the only credential required for users to use the Gold Spade account. We do this so that you will not be exposed to personal information when using Gold Spade, and you can remain completely anonymous.
Of course, not all users can complete account registration only through Session ID. We have provided an invitation code for accounts that have completed registration. When other users register, the invitation code will be an indispensable registration element. If you don't have other users who have completed the registration, don't worry. You can also get the invitation code required for registration by contacting the official.
When you complete the account creation, the application will create a Gold Spade ID for you. This ID will be the only ID for other users to find you. If you feel that the ID assigned to you by the application does not meet your aesthetic standards, you can also set it to a familiar look. However, please note that if the ID you want to set has been used, you will no longer be able to use this ID as your ID.
Session privacy
When you use the Gold Spade account to talk with other users, we will strictly encrypt all the content involved in your conversation, including the text, pictures, files, voice and other information you send or receive. Even in the server list, we will never see who you are talking to or your message content.
In order to reduce the risk of leakage of important messages, the application will permanently delete historical messages that have lasted more than 7 calendar days from your client and the server that provides services for you.

When you need to click a link of a third party when using Gold Spade, you will be guided to the website. It should be noted that these external websites are not built and operated by us. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you check the privacy policies of these websites. We have no management right over third-party websites, so we will not be responsible for the leakage of personal privacy.
Individual rights
Please note that exercising certain rights may limit our ability to provide support that requires such information, such as finding lost accounts. As legal requirements or the way personal data is processed do not apply to rights, we may not be able to approve similar requests.
